... isn't it funny I had another piece called "Bound" for Sintari-san too? xD Anyway~ NEJI~ I do believe this is my first Neji stand alone in color xD;; And only like my fourth Neji pic alone ever xD;; or mebbe fifth.. but I haven't posted those other ones here anyway, have I? xDD;;

Surprisingly didn't take me very long... ^^; PLEASE FULL VIEW for details though. ^^; Fullview would actually be half the size I was working with.. I couldn't really decide on a background.. xDD lol, so Neji's shirtless while it's raining and really cold! XD

Might go edit and reupload later, dunno xD;

[EDIT] It's rare that I go back tweek things ^^; in fact, I remember only really doing that once... xDD;; and here it is! ^^;; Fixed a couple things... yeah... ^^;
